Meet Nick Micheli

A lifelong resident and 3rd generation farmer; Nick and his family have been farming here in Sutter County since the 1920’s. At the age of 20, Nick took over the family farm when his father passed away and is currently the owner and manager of his family’s farming operation, Micheli Enterprise Inc. He is also the Secretary and Treasurer of Lomo Receiving Co. in Live Oak.

Nick locally attended Sutter Union High School, graduated from Yuba College, and then went on to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Nick served diligently to represent his farming community as a board member of the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau and on the California Dried Plum board, as part of the Government Affairs and Management Committee.

In addition to farming, Nick’s Live Oak roots go even deeper. His great-uncle opened Pasquini’s Fine Italian Food, located south of Live Oak, which is a local family business that is operated by his cousins today. In his off time, Nick is also a local ambassador to the Shriner Children’s Hospital, as well as a 32nd degree Mason- where he is the acting Chair of the bicycle program for local elementary schools.

Nick has served as your Sutter County Supervisor for the last four years. He has brought good governance and responsibility to our local government. He is working to earn your vote and if you would like to chat about any local issues, feel free to give him a call!
